PAYMENT PROGRAMS

WE ARE HERE TO HELP

BSAP is dedicated to providing access to adaptive exercise programs for individuals with autism,

other special needs, and their families regardless of their financial situation.

Improving life through movement is our goal for your entire family.

We strongly encourage everyone seeking services to apply for the Income Based Payment (IBP) Program, even if you think you won't qualify. We take into consideration unique situations on a case by case basis.

If you are found ineligible for the IBP Program, we will automatically enroll you in the Alternative

Payment Arrangement (APA) Program and work with you on a custom payment plan.

It is your choice to participate in any of the payment programs offered by BSAP. You may opt out of the IBP or APA Programs at any time however, a Standard Payment Plan must be in place to receive services.

Please contact us if you have any questions or require assistance

completing the application process.

INCOME BASED PAYMENT PROGRAM

The Income Based Payment (IBP) Program offers the highest fee reduction based on your households adjusted gross income and the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG) table. Fee reduction rates range from 20% - 80% off per session fees. (See the Sliding Fee Schedule)

Income Base Payment Program Policy & Application

SLIDING FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE INCOME BASED PAYMENT PROGRAM

The Sliding Fee Schedule is used to determine the fee reduction rate for individuals that qualify for the Income Based Payment (IBP) Program. The Schedule includes the minimum payment per service, fee reduction rate for qualifying workshops and classes, and the minimum monthly payment per account or per package, depending on your services selection during enrollment.

ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT PROGRAM

Individuals that make in excess of 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines after all allowable deductions and exceptions have been granted will be automatically enrolled into the APA Program where we will work with you on a custom payment plan.

You may choose to apply directly for the APA Program if you do not want to apply for the Income Base Payment Program.

Please note: If you apply for the Income Based Payment Program, you do NOT have to apply for the APA Program. If you are found to be ineligible for the IBP Program, you will be automatically enrolled into the APA Program. It is your choice to participate in either program and can opt out, however a payment agreement must be in place in order to receive services. Contact us at BigSkyAutismProject@gmail.com or 406.461.5656 to opt out of any payment programs and to setup a payment plan.

STANDARD PAYMENT PLAN

If you do not require financial assistance for services, a payment plan is still required to be in place before services can be provided. Our Standard Payment Plan Policy and Contract allows you to setup an account and pay in full or make the minimum monthly payment by the due date.
