Hi my name is Desiree Taves, I have lived in Montana for about 5 years. I am a busy mom of 3 girls who are involved in sports and many clubs.  We are a hunting family and we love the outdoors!

I have worked for Townsend Elementary for about 4 years as a paraprofessional. I have had several years working with special needs students, helping them with fine motor skills and academics. I truly enjoy working and helping these kid succeed.

Prior to working at Townsend Elementary, I worked at a school in North Dakota. I worked in several different areas in the school with regular Ed and special needs students.

I joined the Board of Directors for Big Sky Autism Project because I want to see more services and options offered and made available to the kids with special needs.
